• Key to be obtained by one of the members of executive committee and returned back to the same member.
• Shoes and stroller are not allowed inside the worship hall (red carpet area).
• Alcohol and meat is not allowed at the hall of worship premises.
• Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
• Music system available at the hall of worship can be used if needed.
• Kitchen may be used if needed. Garlic and onion are not preferred inside the hall and should be avoided. Leftovers are not allowed to store in the refrigerator.
• All restrooms to cleaned prior to departure.
• Garbage cans are to be cleaned and replaced with two new bags. Garbage to disposed by the renter of the facility. Do not leave garbage can or garbage outside the facility.
• Electricity and water are to checked and turned off during departure.
• Security system to be armed during departure, all doors to be locked without fail.
• Vacuum cleaned all the carpeted area including upstairs.
• Proper attire and permission from the executive committee or Temple committee is required to enter upper shrine area and close to deities.
• Cooked food in the red carpet or main hall is not allowed, unless permitted by the Temple committee or executive committee for special occasions.
• Do not open central door unless permission is given.
• Do not use temple supplies except garbage bags, $50.00 may be charged for any use of temple supplies.
• Damage or loss of any temple property will be charged to the renter.
